when I looked at the list for washington, I was unsurprised to note that 4 of 10 were for tacoma or lakewood…even less surprised that at one time or another I lived w/in walking distance of all three in tacoma. 😛
they also may be aiming at danger for drivers, not pedestrians. ive never seen a drivr killed there.
